Live view doesn't load

Live view works at home but not on mobile data, or not at all.

Is the bridge online on the Dashboard?
Try on Wi-Fi at home. If that works but mobile data doesn't, try again in a minute, or switch between 4G/5G and Wi-Fi.
A very slow connection may not be enough for video. Move to better signal.
Close the camera and open it again.

If live view never works on mobile data, contact support: code LIVE-FAILED.
