Subscription and autopay terms

Trial

Your AI plan starts with a free trial of 3 months from the day your Kepto Bridge first comes online. Each device and each customer gets one trial.

After the trial

Choose a monthly or yearly plan on our website and set up autopay once (UPI AutoPay, card or bank mandate). Before each debit you receive a notice at least 24 hours ahead with the amount and date. Prices are shown before GST; GST invoices are emailed for every payment.

If a payment fails

AI features continue for 7 days while you pay or update autopay. After that your account moves to Basic.

Basic mode (free)

Without a plan the bridge keeps working: live view, playback from your recorder, recorder and device alerts, events and your settings. AI descriptions, face suggestions, number plates, questions and the AI daily report are off until you choose a plan.

Changing or cancelling

Upgrade any time (you pay the difference for the rest of the period); a downgrade starts at your next renewal. Cancel any time on the website: the plan runs to the end of the paid period, then Basic.
