Change or cancel your plan
Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your account on the website.

In your account:
- Upgrade: takes effect now; you pay the difference for the rest of the period.
- Downgrade: takes effect at the next renewal.
- Cancel: the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then your bridge continues in free Basic mode. Autopay stops.
