What Basic mode includes
Without a plan the bridge keeps working for free, without the AI features.
Updated 9 October 2026
Basic is free and needs no plan. It includes:
- Live view and footage from your recorder
- Events and the recorder's own alerts
- Device health and offline alerts
The AI features stop: AI descriptions, face suggestions, number plates, daily reports and questions. Set up autopay at any time to get them back.
